Published even before Mongoose Publishing released the Legend RPG as 'Legend Compatible', this presented a setting of a great empire ruled by an unseen and immortal emperor through his viceroy, a magically animated statue known as the Iron Simulacrum.

Unfortunately, it seems to have vanished from Mongoose Publishing's listings so you'll have to hunt hard for copies!
