Twilight: 2000, from Game Designers Workshop, was first released in 1984. It is set in a devastated world in which US and USSR forces have engaged in a disasterous WW3, leaving much of the place a radioactive mess in which most of society as we know it has broken down. Characters are survivors of that war. After 2 editions from GDW, a third edition, called Twilight: 2013 was produced by 93 Games Studio in 2008.
