This is an excellent adventure with a lot going on - with the NPCs all busy about their own affairs, giving the impression that they'd carry on irrespective of any intervention by the characters.
The adventure is set in a high mountain pass filled with snow and menaced by a particularly powerful clan of orcs. As there is a township to one end, and a remote dwarven settlement at the other, there is enough traffic for an inn to be situated in the pass, and this is the setting for the first part of the adventure. A handful of reasons are given for the party's presence, or they may be travelling about their own affairs, as fits best with your own campaign.
The inn itself and its regular inhabitants are described in detail - suitable for long-term use as a regular feature in your campaign (if it survives this adventure!), indeed if you don't want to run the adventure you might find the inn of use. Should you want even more detail on the inn than is even found here, grab a copy of Battlemaps: Floorplans, Inns Vol.1, which will provide you with lush floorplans of the entire establishment.
Within each of three sections of the adventure, information is divided into Events (which happen as a result of actions on the part of the characters or other NPCs) and Locations (places that the characters can visit). Everywhere there is lots of detail that will make the whole adventure come to life, as the characters chase a bad guy (who has also managed to annoy the local orcs) into a long-lost tomb - researching information about this before you go is an excellent idea - and then back to the inn with a possible high-stakes finish in the centre of the orcs' territory.
Overall, it's a fine adventure with a lot to keep the characters busy - role-playing, combat and puzzle-solving/research all have their part to play, so whatever your players like doing they should find some interest here.
