This book contains an overview of Terra Nova, the planet on which Heavy Gear is set. It includes details of the geography and main power blocks, and has a section on Port Arthur, home to many mercenary types where the average Player Character would fit right in. Plenty of scenario ideas for both Port Arthur and elsewhere, too.
